The timestamp [inaudible hh:mm:ss]  will be used to mark something that you can’t hear in the audio file. A timestamp should be timed within two seconds of the speaker's first utterance. In the transcript, the "hh:mm:ss" of the beginning of the inaudible speech should be replaced with the timestamp [inaudible hh:mm:ss].

Cambridge English Dictionary defines 'timestamp' as 'a record in printed or digital form that shows the time at which something happened or was done.'
