Add text to an AutoShape. On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click Shapes, and then click the shape that you want. Drag to create the shape. The shape is automatically selected. On the Drawing Tools tab, in the Insert Shapes group, click Edit Text. Type the text that you want.Right-click on the shape border and select "Format Shape." Click on "Text Options" in the Format Shape pane that appears on the right and click on the text icon marked with a green A. Check the "Wrap Text in Shape" box to apply text wrapping at the borders of the shape.
