Preparing of slide without drying quickly:-
•Take a slide and keep the thing which you want to observe like onion peel.
•Keep the onion peel on it and put some water and glycerin on it.
•With the help of glycerin we can prepare slide without drying quickly.

1. Take a glass slide and put a drop of water at the center of it.
2. Place the material/specimen in it with the help of a soft and fine brush.
3. Add a drop of glycerine to the water to prevent the material(object) from drying.
