how will you preview the document

Previewing a document:

1) Click on Office button.

2) Click in Print option.

3) Click on Print Preview option.

4) You find the documents opening in Print preview format.

5) Click on Zoom button.

6) Then click on OK option.

7) Move your mouse pointer on the page.

8) Click anywhere on the zoom it.

9) Now you couldn't see the whole page but you can see a (minus) sign.

10) Finally, use croll bars to move around the page.

NOTE:

• If you click anywhere on the page, it's size will switch over to previous size.

• We can visualize how the document would look by using Preview option.
