How will you say that when we sit we are in rest because the earth is move and we are also move.

What we talk about when we say we are at rest is relative. Like for example, I am at rest with respect to the chair on which I'm sitting. We can be at rest and motion both only by changing the frame of reference. We can say the earth is moving with respect to sun. But even the earth can be called as at rest when we say that the earth is at rest with respect to us because we don't see the earth moving!
