Easiest method is distillation. The boiling point of benzene is 80 deg C and that of chloroform is 61.2 deg C. Chloroform will boil and collect first. By using a water / oil bath at ~62 -65 deg C, you can make chloroform to boil, vaporise, condense and get collected. If the temperatures are near to 80 deg C, benzene will also vaporises.
