Dump the mixture into water. The lead(II) sulfate will settle out as an insoluble solid, and the ammonium chloride sodium chloride will dissolve and ionize (NH4^+ + Na+ and Cl-). Filter the mixture. The PbSO4 is trapped by the filter paper. The filtrate will contain the ions. Boil the solution. NH3 and HCl are converted to gases which may be recovered in a second container of water. NaCl is left in the boiling water. Boil off the water to get solid NaCl.
