• Put Few twigs of Hydrilla plant in a Beaker with invented funnel over them.
• Pour water in the Beaker.
• Place a test tube filled with water over the invented funnel.
• Place the beaker in sunlight for 1-3 Hrs.

$\sf\large{Observation\::-}$Bubbles Came out from cut ends of twigs and collect at upper end of test tube.

$\sf\large{Conclusion\::-}$Gas Collected in the test tube is Oxygen. Experiment shows that Oxygen is released during Photosynthesis. Presence of O2 can be tested by introducing a Burning match stick. Brightening of Flame indicates O2 presence.
