Take a bottle full of cold water and leave it outside . Make sure that its outer surface is dry.

After a short time , you will observe that tiny droplets of a colourless liquid get condensed on the outside surface of the bottle. From this simple experiment, we can find out the presence of water vapour in the air.

Hope it helps ❤❤

One of the simplest form of verifying the presence of water vapour in air is by using a glass filled with ice cold water.

Normally, the water vapour contains latent heat of vaporization.

When, water vapour in air come in contact with the ice cold surface of the glass, they lose their heat to the water inside the glass (which utilises this heat to change its state). As a result, they can be seen as water droplets on the glass suface.

Thus,

Take a glass or a beaker filled with ice cold water and leave it for a couple of minutes in air ( in a room or anywhere outside in the presence of air).

You will notice water droplets on the outer surface of the glass or beaker.

This verifies the presence of water vapour in air
