how willyou distinguish between 1phenylethanol and 2phenylethanol .give reaction for the test

Iodoform test can be used. 1-phenylethanol gives iodoform test while 2-phenylethanol does not.

C6H5-CHOH-CH3------CHI3 in the presence of iodine..
