If nothing would be evaporated, then the first thing that comes in our mind is Water.

Just imagine the condition. Water would have been a non renewable resource.

It would have stopped the water cycle.

If nothing evaporated, the used Water would be left contaminated.

Transportation also could not take place .Plants would die.

And at some point of time, humans would die too.
