Everywhere there is climate change and maximum population.

Underwater cities can be a realistic strategy for handling the damage

Look at history where it tells that many cities that met their end at the hands of the sea where increasing levels of sea are pushing places like London, Maldives, New Orleans, Bangkok & Shanghai toward a bad state.

Google depicts floods in various cities due to the above reason.

The building of underwater cities contribute to the fastest growing environmental science fields. I fully support this Statement. The reason for my answer are that the climate of the earth is slowly Changing to a huge extent. The daily weather has been hampered a lot in this process.

If an under water city is being planned by the engineers it would be a modern concept for the development of a area where the weather can be a constant. It is much a realistic concept which can met it's expectations nearly.
