tendency of lose electrons decereases as we go left to right in a period Of a periodic table because the electronegativity of elements increases on moving left to right in period

When we move left to right in a period the tendency to lose electron changes(decreases) as the number of electrons in the valance shell increases and the energy required to loose a electrons also increases, due to this it can loose 3 electrons and can share the 4 th one not more than that as then it will require more energy which is not possible by an electron to possess. #follow
