How would u join three resistors of 9ohms to get a total effective resistance of 6 ohms?

2 resistors in series and 1 in parallel.

R' = R1+R2

R' = 9+9 = 18

Now, R'R3/ R'+R3

18 × 9 / 18 + 9

162 / 27 = 6ohm
