Bony Fish --->
1) They have a bony endoskeleton.
2) Operculum is present.
3) Air or swim bladder is present.
4) They are both found in fresh water and marine water.

Cartilagenous Fish --->
1) They have cartilagenous endoskeleton.
2) Operculum is absent.
3) Air or swim bladder is present.
4) They are only found in marine water
