how would you distinguish between copper oxide and manganese dioxie by using concentrated hydrochloride acid only

Manganese dioxide is an oxidizing agent whereas copper oxide is not an oxidising agent. Secondly when concentrated hydrochloric acid reacts with manganese dioxide,chlorine gas is obtained but there is no formation of chlorine in case of copper oxide.
