How would you prove that soil contains air​

Answer:

Take soil and pour water over it and within few seconds you will see few bubbles. These bubbles came due to the air spaces in the soil particles. The water filled up the spaces which were earlier filled with air. Now these air particles rise up as bubbles as air is lighter than water..........

  1. We will take a container .
  2. then put some dry soil in it.
  3. Now we have to put some water in it .
  • We will observe that the bubbles start coming out of the soil.

This can be explained as follows:

When we will pour water over the soil the bubbles start coming out of the soil because the soil had contained air in it when we pour water ,the water replaces with air.So the air comes out of the soil in form of bubbles.
