How would you prove that the air you breathe out is warmer?

During exhaling if we put our fingers under nostrils ,we can feel that the air coming out is warmer.

Answer:

The air we breathe out is generally warmer because of our internal body temperature. The normal body temperature in an adult is 98°F.

So when we breathe out, the air comes directly from lungs which makes it bit moist to balance out body temperature with the temperature of environment.

To prove this, by exhaling on a glass mirror, we can see it becoming moist and shabby. We can also feel the hotness by bringing one finger close to our nose while we exhale.
