Once the curd is formed, milk cannot be re-obtained from it. Also, both milk and curd have different properties. Since these are the properties of a chemical change, setting of curd is a chemical change.✨✨✨

because after making curd we cannot make it into milk .so it can't be reversible and a new product is formed from milk i.e curd so according to the definition of chemical change we can say setting of curd is a chemical change
