If your friend is a photographer or is carrying it with some noble intention, help the dude.
If there are chances of it getting confiscated, distract the teacher or monitor.
Be a good friend.
If she/ he has evil intentions, steal it and hide it in your bag till you leave school and then hand it to him with a warning note in his bag. Don't tell him it was you.
