We can convince our school authorities by presenting our argument in Unity so that they can understand that it is in the interest of everyone and not just one person.

It can be done by writing a letter to the authorities or by arranging a meeting where the points can be presented and then the authorities can give feedback accordingly. When the letter is being written make sure everyone signs that so that the authority can know that everyone wants this thing to be changed or altered.
