Sub : Replacement of the mobile phone

I am writing to complain about the improper working of the mobile phone which i bought it a month ago .

I had to face frequent problems with the phone as it automatically switch off itself and sometimes it displays the message that software is in trouble and asks me to reboot , though i do so same problem continues. I visited the famous showrooms in Bhopal and they said that the software is corrupted and cannot be repaired .

I want to replace the phone with new one as early as possible as i have warranty card provided by your show room . Hope you do the needful .
