How to add question tag ?

1. Find the auxiliary in the given sentence.
2. Check its form. If its positive change it into negative and if it is negative then change it into positive.
3. Place a comma after the given sentence.
4. After the comma place the newly formed opposite auxiliary form.
5. After the auxiliary take the pronoun form of the subject and then place it next to the newly placed auxiliary.
6. Add a question mark at the end.
