Human beings are the most important in any field.They are considered the most important resource of the world as human beings are the only one who can work and who can change the world.Educated and skilled people helps in the rapid development of a country.The people of this country have the ability to add value to raw resources and convert them into useful resources.If humans work with unity and nicely they can change the country.

Human beings are play a major role than any other organisms on earth. Human beings are considered to be a great resource as they are the only one who can neither create better nature not destroy it. Like other resources population is also a resource- a 'human resource'. They are considered to be important as they play a major role in development of society. Large population working together can contribute a lot to a country.

But considering the negative side of this issue we can come to know if humans work together it we useful but some times disastrous.
Therefore human beings are resources only when they are helpful. This happens if human beings are educated and well we're if their surroundings. Human resource is the most valuable resource. If we can make use of this resource it will surely be great success . Human resource is considered to best resource of a country.

for example : China, the most populous country of the world is one of the developed nations as it made use of human resource and gave importance to that than any other resource.
