Dear Student,
● Human circulatory system -
Human circulatory system consists of heart, blood and blood vessels.
◆ Heart -
- Heart is a muscular organ which pumps blood into circulatory system.
# Functions of heart -
- It pumps blood into blood vessels of circulatory system.
- Left side of the heart collects oxygenated blood from lungs and send it to peripheral tissues for utilisation.
- Right side of heart collects deoxygenated blood from peripheral tissues and send it to lungs for purification.
- It regulates blood flow and generates blood pressure.
● Double circulation -
- As our blood circulates in two loops, it is called double circulation.
(1) Pulmonary circulation -
- Movement of deoxygenated blood from the heart to the lungs and return of oxygenated blood to the heart again is called pulmonary circulation.
(2) Systemic circulation -
- Movement of oxygenated blood from the heart to the body tissues and return of deoxygenated blood to the heart again is called systemic circulation.
Thanks dear. Hope this helps you...

The human circulatory system:
The human circulatory system is defined as blood or fluid circulation in the body of living life. The circulatory system varies based on climatic conditions. They are as follow:
- The high temperatures cause the heart to beat faster and causes extreme pressure and result in an increase in blood pressure which ultimately causes heart disease leasing to a heart attack.
- The circulatory system in extreme cold conditions may cause the following symptoms.
- Weathers affect the heart. The extremely low temperature causes the blood vessel and arteries to narrow, this restricts the blood flow and reducing the oxygen to the heart. The following symptoms result causing unstable chest pain, heart attack, and stroke.
