according to the undo report, a country Is said to be developed when it satisfies all the HDI (Human development index) factors such as increase in literacy rate, better health facilities, etc but it is also necessary to have non socio factors such as Equality, fraternity Liberty to be available in the society.
thus, we can conclude that human development is the essence of social development.
