a. Human needs and wants are recurring in nature and differ from person to person, from society to society.
b. They differ depending on the availability of resources, depending on country's geography, climatic conditions,depending on its culture.
c. For example, for a poor underdeveloped country which is lacking enough resources, the human need would be to attain decent standard of living for its population, ensure quality of life to citizens by providing adequate food, nutrition, health, education etc.
d. For a developed county, rich in resources , needs would to be go for industrialisation, technological advancements, to achieve further progress and growth.
