When the scum dries on washed clothing it makes them stiff ( hence the term hard water) and uncomfortable. Hard watercontains dissolved calcium and magnesium salts, which has sticky property. so hard water is notsuitable for better foaming and will cause hairfall and skin problems.Made worse if your skin is allergic.
