Given,
Mass of dry rasins = 4 gm.
Mass of rasins after soaking = 7 gm.
So, mass of water absorbed = 7 - 4 = 3 gm.
Now,
% of water absorbed by rasin = (Mass of water absorbed)/Mass of dry rasin
= > 25 * 3
= > 75%.
