Hybridization of SO3 is sp2.
For calculating hybridisation count the no. of sigma bonds . As SO3 has trigonal shape and sulphur is joined by each oxygen with double bonds (comprises of one sigma and one pi bond),SO IT HAS THREE SIGMA BOND.
THERFORE hybridisation IS SP2

Hybridization of SO3:

Sulphur trioxide is a molecule that contains a sulphur atom bonded with three oxygen atoms.

• The atom of sulphur in sulphur trioxide is sp2 hybridized

• The atom of sulphur makes an angle of 120 degrees with three oxygen atoms bounded on it.

• The sulfur trioxide has trigonal planar geometry as all its molecule make equal angles of 120 degrees

Hope it helped...
