hydrogen have only 1 electron and no neutrons then how can we write the isotopes of hydrogen are 1H1 (protium) , 1H2 (deuterium) and 1H3(tritium)?

ie. protium has 0 neutrons while,

Deuterium and tritium have 1 and 2 neutrons respectively.
