Hydrogen shows the properties of both metal and non metals in a definite condition,it is a exception too. that's why it is kept in reactivity series

Hydrogen Being a non-metal is included in the activity series of metals because hydrogen ion like other metal iron had positive charge in most of the chemical reactions.
