N2 + 3H2 --> 2NH3

no. of moles of nitrogen = given mass/ molar mass

                                        = 28/28

                                        = 1 mole

no.of moles of ammonia = 2 moles

(1 molecule of N2 gives 2 molecules of NH3)

mass of ammonia = no. of moles x molar mass

                             = 2 x 17

                             = 34g of ammonia
