hyv seeds give more production at the cost of heavy environmental degradation but in today life the hyv seeds plays a very important role .. Today population is being rising very rapidly . For fulfilling needs of the human population ,large quantity of grains need to be produced .however use of hyv seeds leads to environmental degradation like excessive use of water and fertility of soil.So government should be more effective and produce some new technolgy which would not lead to environmental degradation.
