therefore, z=1/10*60 (1 hour=60 min)

z=6

and, hundredths place(y) is 1/3 of thousandths place (z)

therefore, y=1/3*z

y=1/3*6

y=2

and, ones place(x) is double of hundredths place (y)

therefore, x=2*y

x=2*2

x=4

So, the decimal number is 0.426
