Cost of 1 pen :-

$⇢ \sf \cancel\frac{209}{19} = \frac{11}{1} = \:11 \: Rs$

Now,

Cost of 15 pens :-

$⇢ \sf \:11 \times 15$

$⇢ \sf165 \: Rs$

$\Huge\therefore$15 pens cost 165 Rs.
