I am generally below u . if u remove my first letter i am above u and if u remove my first and second letter i am invisible.WHO AM I??????

Its below us. If we remove the first letter, it becomes Hair, which we have above us. If we further remove the first letter, it becomes Air, and hence we can't see it.
