" i am happy to hear" and "i am happy to have heard" which sentence is wrong and why and meaning of both the sentençes...?

"I am happy to hear" is the correct sentence.

"I am happy to hear" is a wrong sentence because It has both the words have and heard. And we can't apply have and heard in the same sentence so this is wrong.
