i am not able to approach the trigonometric proofs like proving LHS=RHS. if i manage to start i will get stuck in between.....please help me

Suppose you start solving either left or right of the sum.
If you reach the most basic or unsolvable step of the sum.
Then you can get back to the other side and try to solve it and reach a conclusion to prove the left hand side and the right hand side.
Don't worry or panic that you are not able to solve or prove the sums.
Some sums are made special in which the individual solving of both sides is required to prove LHS=RHS.

See i will suggest you a short trick by which you can find answers.
Assume that you are having a very long question based on the trigonometry proofs.
Also the given question is containing variable theta.
So for just sake of your confidence assuume the known values of angles of trigonometry like 30,60 etc... This is quite a short trick by which you can solve.
Now by going according to method, you should be thorough with all the formulas and you should be able to apply them in different forms. And also practice more questions to get grip on them.
