I am not understanding the type of ores separation. can anyone give me explanation in very easy way the methods of ores separation

there are 2 methods of ore separatio
1st is wilfley table method : in this method wilfley table is made by fixing narrow and thin wooden riffles on inclined surface. the table vibrate continously powdered ore obtained from lumps of the ore using ball mill is poured on the table and a stream of water is also released from the upper side. as a result the lighter gangue particles are carried away along with the flowing water, while the heavier particles in which proportion of minerls is more and proportion of gangue os less ate blocked by the wooden riffles and get collected on the slits between them
2nd method is hydraulic separation method :
