so first lets calculate f(a+1/4) i.e put a+1/4 in place of x if f(x)
we get 4(a+1/4) -1 = a+1-1=a
now we got f(a+1/4)= a
now we have to substitute f(a+1/4) in place of x in g(x) to get g(f(a+1/4)),
we know f(a+1/4)=a so just substituting a in g(x)
so substituting a in place of x we get acube +2 i.e option c as the reqd answer
