2.Do some exercises it will make you fit

3. Minimize the use of mobile and T.V

4.Play outdoor games will make you feel active.

1. keep an alarm of 7:00 am and be sure your alarm clock or phone is far from your bed so when the alarm rings, you will need to walk up to your phone to close it :)

2. go jogging in the morning at 7:30 am to get some fresh air and take off stress in your body

3. do some meditation in the park to feel strong and fresh

4. every evening try to set a time for some sports like badminton or long tennis

5. drink at least 8-9 glasses of water a day

6. take a little nap at 3:30 pm

7. get less at night so you don't get stomach aches

8. sleep early so you could get up early
