Frankly speaking when ever someone does new thing , its very common to see most of people laughing !
It’s even practical also if you are just asking this question as a time pass. But if you are serious, then you surely need a serious answer.
So young man here it goes-
Re read all the NCERT from Class 6 to 10th at least 5 times and note down meanings of each and every single word which you were unable to know previously. At this stage you do not need even Syllabus of UPSC. Trust me.
Now start reading class 11–12 NCERT of humanities all subjects without a single thought - Histoty, Polity, Geography, Sociology, Economics, Psychology etc. Read them at least 2 times.
