i am suffering from depression . when i took some sffort do something or study i feeling hopeless. for this problem i am taking antidepresant tablet. what can I do for my cure

try to be relaxed.Think that u are the best .it's not that u are depressed ,you think you are .Unless and until u stop thinking about u cannot get cured
