I chemistry solution chapter why in some questions celsius value write as kelvin without add 273.15 as 10c convert into 10k in some 273.15 add while change in kelvin

in chemistry if we have to convert Celsius into Kelvin we have + 273 and if we have to convert Kelvin into Celsius we have - 273 this will give you the correct answer .
