i cleared nda but being in class 12 cant go to my ssb and missed out on nda 2 form,now my boards are arriving full year i spent on preparing for Nda and now i cant concentrate on studies and totally demotivated and shattered by incident Suggest me a way out or i will literally die

You should have appeared for your 12th class examinations,before joining the NDA. A provisional certificate may be accepted but if you fail in your 12 class Exam,you got to leave.
I know of a case where a cadet had to leave from IMA,because he failed in his Graduation.
It depends on which NDA exam are u giving bcoz a 12th class boy can only give NDA 2 in his 12th class.And there is a reason behind it which is u must have passed 12th class at the time of joining NDA.But as the term of NDA 1 starts in January month so it is clear that U have not passed 12th class but term of NDA 2 starts in June which takes place after passing ur 12th class.Hope u understand.
