of the social science text book of Class 10th
UP board from a near by book shop, after
reading the book you find that there is
overlaping of print in a few pages. Also some
pages are missing due to defective binding
Write a letter of complaint to the publishers
M/S Rajeev Gupta Publisher, Bareilly , asking
for a free replacement.​

Respected sir,

This is Ravi/Renu, a regular customer of your shop. A day before yesterday, I had bought a Social Science textbook for class 10th from your shop. And when I'm buying that book, you had told me that the replacement of the book is free.

So, after coming home I had found that some pages of the book had overlapping of print. So, as told by you, plz. replace the book and I had that bill also which is signed by you at the time of purchasing.

Now, I hope the book will be replaced for free without any charges or down payments.
