I contain the solutions of coaching material in my mobile should i continue with solutions in mobile or take print out to be prevented from eye stain since i need to sit for a long time with my mobile?

Sach batau as a friend mobile se padhai nahi ho pati ..KYUNKI it distracts..us U should take print out also it will.not harm.ur eyes
