I couldn't understand a math solution can anyone help?
If I cut a cake into 3 pieces, each piece will be 0.333 of the main piece. ( I used a calculator)
but when I multiply 0.333 by 3 I got 0.999 where is 0.001?

so basically when you cut any object be it cake chapati in 3 parts you would not get exact ie equal parts bcs 3 being an odd number(except 5 and 25) whenever you divide 100 by 3 or 7 or 9 you not be not getting quotient as complete number e.g. 12, 14, 4 ,5

so 0.999 ie nothing but approximately 1

so hence you would not get entire number but in decimal
