I deleted my Windows folder and Users folder complete everything deleted and now my PC can't do anything except opening chrome and turning on Wi-Fi what can I do guys please suggest me what can I do nothing is opening evening "This PC" and "Start Menu"
Please help me ASAP can't do anything more .

open Chrome browser and search official windows 10 to download and then a file will come off official website of Microsoft then open that and download you should have 4GB of net or up to 5 GB and then you can download and then everything is set up by on
